  1. Stagecoach Group has three divisions - UK, North America, Rail Operations. It also owns National Transport Tokens.
  2. The UK Bus division consists of 17 operating companies which are: East Scotland, West Scotland, North East, North West, Manchester, East Midlands, Oxfordshire, East, Cambridge and Peterborough, Wales, West, South, East Kent, South West, Warwickshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Strathtay and Merseyside.
  3. The Group’s rail operations include the South West Trains, Island Line, East Midlands Trains and Manchester Metrolink rail franchises and the Supertram light rail system in Sheffield.
  4. Stagecoach has a 49% shareholding in Virgin Rail Group, which runs the West Coast franchise.
