- Stagecoach Group has three divisions - UK, North America, Rail Operations. It also owns National Transport Tokens.
- The UK Bus division consists of 17 operating companies which are: East Scotland, West Scotland, North East, North West, Manchester, East Midlands, Oxfordshire, East, Cambridge and Peterborough, Wales, West, South, East Kent, South West, Warwickshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Strathtay and Merseyside.
- The Group’s rail operations include the South West Trains, Island Line, East Midlands Trains and Manchester Metrolink rail franchises and the Supertram light rail system in Sheffield.
- Stagecoach has a 49% shareholding in Virgin Rail Group, which runs the West Coast franchise.
