South West Trains has recorded its best performance figure to date.
Between 17 August and 13 September South West Trains' PPM (Public Performance Measure) reached 95.9%.
The teamwork between South West Trains and Network Rail has gone from strength to strength and because of the close working relationship and the partnership approach to all situations the company is getting the results it wants - but more importantly what passengers deserve.
Stewart Palmer, South West Trains' Managing Director, said: "I'm absolutely delighted that we have hit an all time high in our performance through working closely with Network Rail and our employees.
"All of our dedicated employees have been working harder than ever and our passengers are reaping the benefits of that. The hard work doesn't stop here though; we will continue to aim towards a right time railway."
